What information does Arty collect?

  • Content and communications on Arty (for example, commission details, files you upload, messages and records necessary to operate the Service and resolve disputes).
  • Technical and usage information (for example, device identifiers, IP address, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, links clicked, session and performance metrics, cookies and similar technologies).
  • Inferences and analytics derived from the above (for example, to improve and personalise your experience, maintain safety, and prevent abuse).

How does Arty collect information?

We collect information:

  • Directly from you when you register, start a commission, complete forms, upload files, communicate with us or other users, or otherwise use the Service.
  • Automatically when you access or use the Service, including through cookies, logs, and similar technologies.
  • From others such as payment processors (e.g., Braintree, PayPal, Wise), banks and card networks, identity and compliance vendors, analytics providers, law enforcement and regulators, and other users in connection with disputes or risk management.

How does Arty use your information?

  • Operate, maintain, and provide the core functionality of the Service, including commissions, file delivery, and payouts.
  • Process payments and transactions, manage disputes and chargebacks, and communicate about these matters (we may rely on E‑mail exclusively during dispute resolution).
  • Comply with legal, regulatory, and policy obligations, including anti‑money laundering and counter‑terrorism financing (AML/CTF), sanctions screening, fraud prevention, and risk management.
  • Enforce our Terms of Service, Dispute Rules, and policies; protect the safety, rights, and property of Arty, our users, and others.

  • Personalise and improve the Service, develop new features, and conduct analytics and research.
  • Communicate with you about your account, the Service, updates, and policy changes; request ratings and reviews.

Depending on your location, we may process Personal Information based on the performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service, compliance with laws, and your consent where required.

How does Arty protect your information?

We implement a variety of security measures when a user places an order, enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of your personal information.

External PCI-compliant payment gateways handle all credit card transactions. These gateways include Braintree Payments and PayPal.

Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Transport Layer Security (TLS) technology.

All payment transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.

The transmission and exchange of information is carried out at your own risk. We cannot guarantee the security of any information that you transmit to us or receive from us. Although we take measures to safeguard against unauthorised disclosures of information, we cannot assure you that the personal information that we collect will not be disclosed in a manner that is inconsistent with this Privacy Policy.

Does Arty use 'cookies'?

Yes.   • Law enforcement, regulators, and government authorities where required or appropriate to comply with law, enforce our policies, manage risk, or protect rights and safety.

We may also share aggregated or de‑identified information that does not identify you.
